Dear Customers & Partners,
7 years ago Yves and I decided to join forces to launch UpCRM as we anticipated the importance of customer centric solutions and cloud data architecture. As a pioneer on the market, our focus was to promote the adoption of CRM solutions to accompany the transition from product selling to Customer Experience led organisations.
7 years later the UpCRM teams have already accomplished a lot with you:
- A strong and long standing partnership with Salesforce
- A large and diversified customer base representing the entire Luxembourg economy
- A team of highly skilled and passionate consultants
- A dedicated approach to support NGOs as part of our CSR philosophy
In 7 years, the road has also been paved sometimes with hardship but we could always learn and improve our capability to go beyond. We might just have one regret: the impossibility to celebrate all together this Anniversary. Definitely this is just "partie remise" when the back to the "New Normal" is there! Whatever happens in the upcoming years, be sure that UpCRM will continue its mission in bringing more Expertise and Consulting skills to the market.

Teaming Up and Scaling Up to Level Up!
Reinforcing the team, growing competencies and adding expertise were the 3 pillars of our HR initiatives.
Throughout the year, the Up Team has welcomed Renan, Raphaël, Mirela, Alexandre and Frédéric, adding, complementing, expanding skills and competencies, with the aim of improving further Client experience, and reinforcing our position as leader and trusted advisor in the CRM market in Luxembourg.
Today, the Up Team holds over 60 Salesforce certifications, and grows Up. The path is set! In 2021, we will keep Up with the same vision and accelerate further to reach the outstanding bet of 100 certifications.

For the past 3 months, we have been giving the voice to our clients through our #CRM TalkUp episodes. Thank you to all contributors and looking forward the next episodes.
UpCRM has the excellence of bringing knowledge Salesforce platform to all its employees not just by using it internally for HR, Sales, Support and Project Management, but also supporting and encouraging that everyone takes new certifications. Keeping all of us up to date, sharing new feature releases as well as retirements is essential to provide our clients with the latest and greatest. There are two simple ways to SkillUp on Salesforce:
- The first one is open and free to everyone: beginners or experts, business or technical. Everyone is invited to learn more about the platform and all it's different capabilities at https://trailhead.salesforce.com. Tip: Clicking on Learn and then Modules you're able to select your Role, Level and Product of interest.
- The second one is about taking and passing certifications. Mastering the subject is key for that option and that is why we encourage and support our employees to keep learning on a regular and continuous basis. The glass is half full and filling Up.
2020 is not yet over but for sure will remain as a "game changer year", where companies have had to adapt, modify and change their behaviors, beliefs and work environment. As organisations and individuals, we have had to embrace massive disruptions and set new standards.
Associations have been impacted by the various lockdowns and restrictions as most of their collect activities are based on events that have been cancelled, resulting in difficult situations, not being able to fulfill their missions for the year.
Supporting associations is part of Up's DNA since its creation 7 years ago.
We, as a company, have decided to walk 2 extra steps this year:
- In July, we have welcomed ELA Luxembourg in our premises, offering them a full working environment, in order to offset all related charges impacting their activities.
- On December 4th, we have organised a " Wear Your Trainers' " challenge, where our colleagues became actors in a collective solidarity action. On this day, we have been competing internally and with Excellium & Farvest to make as many steps as possible for the association.
We are convinced our initiatives will generate visibility and donations to ELA as well as reinforce team spirit and cohesion, and will definitively book the operation on 2021's agenda. Next year, we will challenge our clients and partners.
