We are delighted to introduce Nataliia Veretenina, who joins us as a Marketing & Communication Officer at UpCRM! Despite being early in her career, she has already built an impressive track record in strategic communication, digital marketing, and employer branding. Nataliia will play a key role in enhancing UpCRM’s brand presence and engagement.

Can you tell us a bit about your background? 

I am completing my International Management and Trade studies at IAE Metz (Université de Lorraine). During my academic years, I worked on development and communication projects in Ukraine before spending two years at Volkswagen Group in Germany, where I contributed to the Employer Branding and Digital Communication departments. I have a strong foundation in international management, marketing and communication. I thrive in digital environments — especially when making a brand’s online presence truly impactful.

What inspired you to join UpCRM? 

UpCRM was the first Salesforce representative in Luxembourg and continues to be a market leader. The company stands at the intersection of technology and customer experience, which aligns perfectly with my passion for digital transformation and communication. Understanding and prioritizing the customer is key in today’s digital landscape, and I am excited to explore this field further. UpCRM’s innovative approach and commitment to delivering cutting-edge CRM solutions immediately caught my attention.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders, and now I bring to the table:

Today, marketing is more than just promotion — it’s about storytelling, and I love crafting narratives that resonate with people and strengthen brand identity.

Can you share a fun fact about yourself? 

Beyond my marketing expertise, I have a unique hobby—I love designing and sewing my own clothes! It’s a great way to explore new ideas and think outside the box.
