Dear customer,

Given the current CoVid-19 global pandemic situation, and in order to protect our staff, Salesforce.com has decided to suspend all services from midnight (PST) tonight until May 15, 2020 8:00 am (PST).

What impact will this have on you?

You will no longer be able to connect to Salesforce and you will no longer be able to use the API services. A backup of your data in .zip format will be emailed to administrators before April 3, 2020.

In the meantime, we advise you to use MS Excel or good old paper/pencil.
Stay home, take care of yourself and your loved ones.
